This was posted at another board that I'm a member of and want to share this with you here.

To test whether you have the abilities to control your mind, I am giving a simple test. Before sleeping in the night, write down on a paper any time of early morning when you are likely to be in deep sleep and which is not your normal time of awakening. For example 4:30 am or any other time. Now think that you will awake at that time and go to sleep. Next morning see if you can awake exactly at that ...

Budda wrote this, and I would really get some views on it.

"...There is rebirth of character, but no

transmigration of a self. Thy thought-forms reappear, but there is

no ego-entity transferred. The stanza uttered by a teacher is reborn

in the scholar who repeats the words.

Only through ignorance and delusion do men indulge in the dream that

their souls are separate and self-existent entities. Thy heart, O

Check out what a person name gene said.

Ok so tonight I was driving around with my buddy, and I started

noticing a large number of shooting stars. What started out as one

quickly went to like 3 and 4 and then we see like 7 or 8 in about 30

seconds. Yeah yeah I know, a metior shower. Well I said that too, until

I seen some of them have like a "double tail" I guess you can call it,

something you would see on the back of a rocket. So then lookin around

spinning a pole that is in orbit outside of the event horizon of a

black hole. one end of the pole is inside of the time flux caused by

the extreme warping of space time around a black hole. i came to the

conclusion that it would be harder to start the pole in motion due to

the elevated resting inertia of the "slower" side (slower meaning the

side in the time warp) but because it is still in open space once

started it will continue to follow it's momentum. now lets say you ...
